DotMik Software Private Limited aims to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances: Product Defect: If a product or service provided by DotMik is found to be defective or not functioning as advertised, customers may be eligible for a refund. Service Dissatisfaction: If a customer is dissatisfied with a service provided by DotMik due to reasons within our control, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
